The day after.

We went to an amazing greasy spoon the day after right on the sea front. I think we were annoying all of the old people who were having christmas parties as they'd dressed the place up a bit.
It was an amazing old style greasy spoon where a cup of tea was 50p and breakfast was cheap as owt!
Then we went for a walk along the sea front from Hove to Brighton. It was pretty windy and rainy but it woke us up.

We went to a rather expensive pub.
Called the Seven Stars in Brighton that was alright but full of office Christmas parties.
I met a glasses buddy called Chloƫ and Laura had amazing hair as she'd been in some 1940's photoshoot during the day.

Mine and Tom's Romantic Walk
On my first day in Brighton Lizzie was a little busy making a hat so me and Tom went to the beach. It was nice and mild and very quiet. When we got there I found to my horror that my DSLR was totally knackered (it focuses and then turns off, any ideas?). We skimmed stones until we'd both pulled muscles in our shoulders like the neat guys we are.

More posts tomorrow as I'm too tired right now.

When I was Younger
I used to hate going to sleep because I thought that when you woke up you were a different person. That during the night you died and then a new you took your place. No-one would ever know, how could they?

The Hangover
After I'd fought the migraine with ibuprofen and said red coke I put my glasses on and looked a little bit more human. This was lucky as there was a hot buyer from tammy in today and I didn't really want to look like shit.
At least there wasn't a tiger in the toilet like on the film. The film's funny, honestly. Sorry if I spoilt it for you.

Brighton!
This weekend I'm going here. I haven't been to Brighton before and I'm dead excited, I'm taking my camera. It'll be nice to be next to the sea again though it will probably be pissing down.
It's my friend Martha's birthday and I haven't seen her for TIME.
My Friend Lizzie the hatmaker is going to be there and so is:
Laura, hopefully she won't almost get me smashed to bits by some big bald white shirted men like that time in Cookie Club where she finished her drink and spat the ice cubes over the dance floor.
Albrecht Durer

While out on me walkies yesterday I popped into Leicester's art gallery or museum? Think it was a bit of both. Anyway, they have a semi-permanent exhibition of Albrecht Durer prints. I love Albrecht Durer so this is brilliant. These horrible photos were taken on my cameraphone so they do him no justice at all but style-wise he's a hero of mine. These are all etchings and the Rhinoceros one is brilliant. He made it without ever having seen one. Not too far off is it?
I'll definitely be back to study them a bit more, I'd love to be able to produce work that uses that style.
Christmas List
This is my Christmas List, if all this stuff manages to turn up on the day I could be persuaded into not hating this time of year!
Number 1. The Olympus Pen.
Despite having Kevin Spacey ruining his career in a particularly bad advert for this, I've wanted one of these since I heard it was being re-issued as a digital. Beautiful little thing isn't it?

2. This t-shirt.
I bloody love a good t-shirt and this is an example of a good t-shirt that I bloody love. I've no idea who it's by or anything. Doesn't stop me bloody loving it though.
3. A vintage watch.
I love watches like this, I think it stems from the whole Madmen style thing. There's no way you'd get me in a suit so this bad lad is proabably as far as I'd go. Shame.
4. Daisy Lowe
Well you could probably narrow it down to any girl at the minute but Daisy is still my number 1 and I can't see that changing, ever.
5. This Lanvin Shirt.
Just look at it, all you need to see is that collar. Lanvin Menswear is mint.
5. This dinner.

As a wheat intolerant kind of chap, it's incredibly lucky I buzz off this food.
6. Element x Krabo fixed gear bike
I'm saving up to put one of these together for next year but if I happen across some dolla somehow in the meantime I would make sure I got one of these. It's amazing.
This is all. For now.
